Plates are available for a range of machines in a variety of sizes.  Additional aids to ball productivity such as soft inlet wear bars are also available.

Flat Lapping

H.K. Founders produce flat lapping plates for use primarily in the silicon wafer, solar and flat lapping industries.

Both cross-hatched and radial grooving can be provided, with two cross-sectional profiles available.

The material and structure utilised for such components has been specifically developed for this application, and provides benefits such as improved life and improved yield, amongst others.
